Now we think Kok Kim Neo / Kwok Kim Neo is Mrs Tan Boo Liat V2.0
The mystery lady aka "Keng Sam", (Mother to Ipoh Kitty Poh Guat Tan who was mother to my Uncle Vincent, Dennis Terrence Tan) is probably Mrs Tan Boo Liat V3.0
Mrs Tan Boo Liat V1.0 is Khoo Kit Neo who died at age 24 and left Boo Liat a brood of young children to look after, so he married Kok Kim Neo.
Kok Kim Neo is the Mrs Tan Boo Liat in position 4 on my list here
so 16) was thought to be Khoo Seok Wan, but mistaken identify because similarity of wife name
